I was playing with my cars settings and accidentally turned on the maintenance alert on. And then a week later an alert showed up on my phone and vehicle. I called the dealer and they said I don't need to setup a reservation but just bring it in. So I decided to drive all the way to the dealer a few days later thinking it was time for an oil change. I arrived at the dealer and pull into the service center. A service representative came out to greet me. He checked my speedometer and we went inside. He had to deal with another customer so I went to the wait room and explored. They sell some apparel but the good stuff was not in my size. I got a free cup of coffee and saw donuts that looked old. A tv was on showing the news about some shooting in Europe. There is also a small play area for the little ones. The room is bordered by a glass wall where you can see vehicles being worked on. After all this exploring the service representative came back to say my car was ok and does not need to be serviced. He said car did not accumulate enough miles for a service and gave me some tips on when to bring it in. So will be back in a few months.

I found the car I wanted through the RBFCU's car buying service/program, and it lead me to this dealership. I spoke with Jakob V. , and he was super helpful. I decided I wanted to check the vehicle out, so I took the drive from San Antonio to Austin to meet with Jakob on his day off. Unfortunately, he had a family emergency to tend to (these things happen), so he set me up to speak with Aaron D. Aaron was just as helpful and willing to answer all my questions. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. Using RBFCU's service in conjunction with working with these two gentleman, made this car buying experience such smooth sailing. Jeff Maxwell finished the deal in regards to the financing part. He was patient with all of my questions and was good about breaking things down and explaining everything. Overall, I'm very happy with the car buying experience. I would definitely go with these guys again!

it was fine, I thought I was going to be there all day as they were very busy but it only took a couple of hours! I just wish the TV was not blasting. I asked if they could lower it but she couldn't find the remote. Most people were on their devices and not even watching it. Impossible to read! And if you have to go to the bathroom you have to go next door. You would think the waiting area would be quieter when you're there for a few hours. But everyone was very nice!!!
